Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although elegantly simple with nice flower touches and desserts, seemed more of a 4-star standard than luxurious. On the bright side, they offered stunning sunlit views throughout the day, and having the pool right below was convenient. The service varied from grumpy and unwelcoming to major efforts made to accommodate our room preferences. The location was exceptional, especially for those seeking a unique experience in Ras Albar. The dining experience featured an extraordinary variety of delicious options. The facilities were adequate but had room for improvement in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, tidy, and offered an amazing sea view, although they felt a bit clinical with the ceramic floors everywhere. The service was exceptional, especially with receptionists Nancy and Gina who were incredibly helpful and professional. The location was lovely, although the beach area was a bit distant from the main building. The dining experience was wonderful and varied greatly, making it one of the best I've had in Egypt.
